I love Kevin! He has helped my son build muscle, speed, and balance!
Kevin is the BEST trainer! I worked with him on specific goals, and he was always encouraging, knowledgeable, and patient. I don't always love the idea of working out, but with Kevin, it was a joy. He's a fantastic person on top of being a great trainer. You'll see positive changes!
I have been seeing Kevin Swanigan for years and he is an excellent trainer. It definitely takes time to build strength, but I was clear right away that Kevin was helping me use my workout time far more effectively than I had ever done on my own. This place is awesome!! Coach Kevin brings the heat. He is a fantastic trainer and trust me I have had my share of trainers. His coaching technique combines what you want with his experience which makes him a unique coach. In this facility it is only you, him, and the work...well sweat too. There are no distractions....he doesn't answer his phone or text during your session.
