Cashier was staring at me looking through menu and fridge until I ordered so I felt rushed to get something and it was a $15 sandwich that had hard stale bread that not even a sharp knife could cut it
I will say the staff was nice and the place was clean! I was so excited to try a vegan banh mi sandwich since we don’t have many options in phx but I was so disappointed :( the bread was so hard I couldn’t even cut it thoroughly with a strong knife! I tried heating it up and it was still so hard! I ended up throwing it out and wasted money :(
The staff is so sweet and the pastries are 5/5, the only bad thing on the menu is the matcha. I got it for the first time today and it’s quite possibly the worst matcha I’ve ever seen. I tasted zero matcha, just coconut milk and strawberry jam. I knew immediately from the color that it was going to be disappointing. Otherwise this is such a great bakery and coffee shop.
One of my absolute favorite coffee shops in town. Amazing staff, coffee, and food!
Pastry was stale. Service wasn't great.
