Elemental Altitude is a state of the art indoor training studio capable of simulating elevation of up to 16,000 feet elevation. We specialize in utilizing high altitude training protocols for a wide range of athletes and sports, including running, cycling, triathlon, strength training, ultrarunning, mountain biking, and mountaineering. In addition to athletic sports training we offer intermittent hypoxic exposure treatments.

I recently trained for and successfully completed the Leadville 50, and could not have done it without Elemental Altitude! I didn't have time to leave the metro Atlanta area and get in training at altitude, but Elemental Altitude afforded me the opportunity to train and get accustomed to working out "at 10,000 feet". My schedule was a bit chaotic, and Chuck and Susie were super flexible with accommodating me, too!
Chuck provides a comprehensive and personalized coaching experience. He has enabled me to achieve and exceed all my yearly goals. He is thorough, thoughtful and most of all patient!
I’ve had such a great experience here! Chuck Sims is a fantastic triathlon and climbing coach. I started training at Elemental Altitude back in July. I decided to train here because I’m climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in two weeks and I have never been exposed to a high altitude setting. Working with Chuck has made me feel so much more prepared for my hike. I can’t thank him enough!
