No-showed for my appointment! Worst customer service ever! On 12/2/14 I scheduled an appointment for a massage at Element Wellness for 1/19/15 at 10am. I received an email confirming the date/time. At 9:50am on 1/19/15 I arrived at Element Wellness for my appointment and the door was locked and it seemed that no one was there. I tried calling a couple times and there was no answer. I have been working with Danielle and Dave on and off for the past year. They really care about teaching you how to make lifestyle changes that you can incorporate into your everyday habits. They are both friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone at Element Wellness is welcoming and they always are happy to help answer any questions. If I could replace my primary physician with Danielle, I would. She is the type of 'doctor' everyone wants to have - someone who will take the time to listen and ask questions, and then provide you with the right advice and action steps to help you help yourself (without the use of standard medicine). I've done the 3-day juice cleanse and the juices were delicious and filling.
