Element Systems was amazing to work with. They walk you through the process step by step, they assist with the insurance company, and ensure that you get the highest quality for your home repairs. The project management is outstanding. Communication throughout the process was better than expected and all subcontractors were on-time, professional, polite, and hard working. We would recommend that you chose Element Systems for any roof, gutter, stucco, and other exterior repairs. Great Contractors like this are hard to find!
Very unprofessional during conversation. Not fully disclosed what materials they used and they intentionally not used insulation which caused condensation to the building. They are always advice you to claim your insurance the second time after installation. They also have lawyers to represent in court. Avoid at all cost this company. My intent is to prevent other people from getting robbed by them.
They dont pay the full amount to subs
We recently had our company building's roof replaced by Element and we were extremely happy with the quality of their work. From the consultation to the fair quote and the quickness of their service. Our new roof looks great and improves the appearance of our business. Highly recommend working with Element and with Cody, they will not disappoint.
