Very unprofessional during conversation. Not fully disclosed what materials they used and they intentionally not used insulation which caused condensation to the building. They are always advice you to claim your insurance the second time after installation. They also have lawyers to represent in court. Avoid at all cost this company. My intent is to prevent other people from getting robbed by them.
They dont pay the full amount to subs
We recently had our company building's roof replaced by Element and we were extremely happy with the quality of their work. From the consultation to the fair quote and the quickness of their service. Our new roof looks great and improves the appearance of our business. Highly recommend working with Element and with Cody, they will not disappoint.
Finding a reliable commercial roofing company can be challenging, but this company exceeded expectations. Leaks began to show up weeks after the crew hurried through the job. They were dismissive and unresponsive when approached. Dealing with such amateurish work is annoying, especially after investing so much money. If you want long-term results, stay away.
