I give this place zero start all around. All but two staff members were terribly rude and kept profiling me and my friend asking u ls if we even had a room there in the lobby after I paid $400 plus for a 2 nights stay. I get home and realized they charge me $250 . So I call ask to speak to the manger and she says it’s a smoking fee so I tried to explain to her I wasn’t nor would I ever smoke in a hotel room and she just hung up on me . The first room we were provided wasn't cleaned. They immediately provided another room of the same type that was clean. They were very understaffed, but the staff were very nice and working hard through it.

I travel frequently for work, and my stay at Element by Westin really stood out. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference after long travel days. The hotel itself was extremely clean. Both the rooms and common areas were well maintained and comfortable. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything in great condition. Valet parking is available, which was convenient, but I will probably opt for self parking next time based on personal preference. Plus the garage is close. I wan... read more
