The desk girl is too rude, and when I checked out and paid they made me to pay 4 times and told me three are rejected but a day later the payments are processed and I get deducted for 2 times till now and when I talked to them they told me our system doesn't show your payment. Complete Scam from the desk girl.

Hotel room was nice and clean when we got there. The location was nice and convenient with a store across the street. However some of the hotel staff were not unprofessional and not helpful at all. A request for room service of our room was made on the second day; front desk staff was contacted early morning and stated they’d put in a request to offer room service cleaning for us. I have frequently stayed here for overnight business trips, as the location is across the street from my work. On my last trip (March 10), the website kept throwing an error when I tried to book, so I booked through a third party site (reservations.com). When I arrived, they had my information and reservation ready. A few days later, I realized that I was charged for the room both through reservations.com and through the hotel. Very friendly service and super clean rooms. The location is good if you like being downtown and no parking except for valet. I just checked in so I will update with more details after my 3 night stay.
