Room was awesome and the location next to the city foundry is perfect. The staff were so kind and accommodating and if you don't use the free breakfast you are missing out!

I wish I could give it 5 stars because it was a great stay honestly. But I paid through a 3rd party booking website. When I arrived they said okay we have received your payment and you are good to stay. They take my debit card for parking payment and when we check out, I’m charged for the entire stay. I have reached out multiple times and it is not resolved. Manager says take it up with booking.com. Kinda crazy
We stayed on the 7th floor. I didn’t pay that much money per night to take cold showers and not eat the breakfast. When I inquired about the cold water, I was told that’s just how it is on days the hotel is full. I don’t view that as a good long term plan. High floor rooms should come with a warning about cold water and a significant discount.
