I am surprised this company is still in business. They use anybody for their sales source. They send anybody out to do the work, They are way over priced. I have a system put on my house that hasn't worked in 2 years. Now I'm getting 3 to $400 electric built from the electric company and I still have to pay for these from these solar panels on my roof. If unfortunately if you hire them be ready to get a lawyer
2023 UPDATE: CALL THE BANK YOU USED IF YOU'RE HAVING ISSUES. 2022: IF YOU'RE A NEW CUSTOMER, RUN AWAY!!!! Element Solar is by far, The WORST. No exaggeration. If you had a bad experience and you were sold to by FLO ENERGY, contact them directly. Element Solar's follow through and customer service is non-existent. Horribly slow service. And now you send me a phone number that is no longer in service, and no one answers your other phone number at any of the extensions. I cannot express how disappointed I am at the service I have received from this company. Update: This company was so useless that a different installer had to take over to help me finish the job. Horrible gad panels installed in in mar 2022 its December 2021 and they have never worked. Over 30.pages of emails. They finally said a part was bad. The oart came in July. Now they won't even respond to emails or calls
