EDIT: there's no customer service, just a bot answering every review. Nobody contacted me. AVOID! Very noisy rooms. Loud mechanical noise every 20 minutes on the clock kept me awake. Happened in 2 different rooms. Horrible! And the front desk is not maned and doesn't answer the phone at night. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I stayed here for five nights on a business trip. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Housekeeping was generally fine, though a few details were missed during my stay. The biggest downside was breakfast—the person managing the live omelette station was quite rude. Overall, a decent stay, but with clear room for improvement

Great place for a business trip, would be small for a family vacation type trip but great for 1, maybe 2 people who aren't in the room a lot. But clean and very nice.
