All the girls are friendly when I parade through to get my massage. Jessica is an amazing massage therapist. The decor is so fun. Just love it
My review is not about service. My review is about manners and common courtesy. Gaslighting and ghosting is unacceptable. They seem to have a secret policy of "undesirable clients" whom they gaslight and ghost. Instead of telling someone that they will do their hair, the stylists can tell that they are unable to or that they don't want to work on this certain person's hair. It IS as simple as that. First time going here and I loved it! Beautiful calming place! Grace cut my hair and styled it ... She did a GREAT job and loved the way it turned out.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
