I made an appointment three weeks in advance and when I showed up at my scheduled time, there was a person seated in the stylist's chair plus another person waiting in front of me. No apology or attempt to rectify the situation and my stylist is the salon owner! First and last time stepping foot into this salon. I thought the days of literally spending the entire day in the hair salon were behind us. Clearly not the case at this address.
