This hotel is a masterclass in bait-and-switch. They’ll happily take your reservation, let you drive all the way there, and then smugly inform you they’re sold out. No apology, no solution, just pure indifference. If you enjoy wasted time, empty promises, and being treated like an afterthought, Element by Westin is perfect. For everyone else: stay far, far away.
Fresh, Clean, Modern. Good amenities, Excellent breakfast. This is the third Element property I've stayed at. If it had a bar and restaurant it would be my new favorite hotel.
I enjoyed this hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Set up like a small apartment with a well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, small living room and closet space. Free breakfast.
