John was amazing! He went as far as to showing us how hail size damage would impact the Flex option shingles versus standard asphalt shingles! It’s great to have a company tell you something and be completely transparent with you. We’re looking forward to the service they’re going to provide us!

I saw shingles lay on my grass so I call and element roofing guy come same day wow that super fast response that around 6pm so he come vack next day did inspection and after he said cover under warranty than the crew show up next fix not only show pictures before fix and show pictures after fix than Element Roofing are the best one again Thanks for fast service on fix roof
