John came out today to look at an isolated issue. He doesn't think they can help, but he is going out of his way to connect me with someone he thinks can. Short lead time to appointment, showed up on time, offers help even if it doesn't result in a sale...this is the kind of company you will be glad you chose.

Element was very quick to get the inspection and job done, since they are very busy it took some patient waiting and reminding to get some post-completion items ticked off, however, they are good and you can trust them to get your roofing needs taken care of. Also, no leaks reported in the recent ocean of rain we've been receiving. 👍🏽

Very impressed with the quality of work and communication. They showed up when they said they would, answered all of our questions, and made the entire roofing process easy. Everything turned out great and the property was spotless when they finished. Highly recommend!

Very professional, quality service. Mehdi did a fantastic job covering everything needed to bring my 20+ year old roof up to new standards. Drew did a fantastic job on installation day, communicating with me along with overseeing the project. Everyone in the neighborhood loves the new roof, especially the color choice, and the new gutters. Highly recommend using Element for your roofing needs.
