It's been almost 9 years since EPS installed 23 enphase solar panels on my roof and we are happy with the production of electricity. I had a mishap with a roofer not following through on finalizing a contract so EPS' staff had to be called back from a scheduled job to take my panels off. This company does great work. They really went above and beyond to save us when our previous PV contractor went MIA. Brian and Ashley were great on the communication end and Luke and his team were awesome, timely and professional. They even worked with some used components mixed with old panels and new microinverters/gateway we supplied, as well as supplied new wiring for a third string we didn't realize was required until installation time. Cost was very reasonable for all the work that was done. Thank you!!

Bought solar 2019.20 solar panel. It was going well until the gateway measurement issue keeps appearing. Called about the issue with them several times and nov tech returnv my call. Called enphase and they say everything working but why my tru-up is 1500 dollar when I only have 3 people living in the house. I've been paying this amount since 2021. The highest bill i had was 6000 tru-up.
I am very disappointed with customer service. They installed my solar four years ago, and I was happy that the out of state solar company used a local installer. My problem is quite small. I merely need to access the gateway controller to connect it to my new wifi. But we cannot open the plastic waterproof box in which the gateway is housed. (I'm 70 years old.) Their response is that they will charge a "truck roll fee" of $350. To open the plastic box. I can fix the wifi problem myself if I can get to the gateway.
