I'm Reviewing for family members that stayed at this hotel when they were visiting in Palmdale area they said the rooms and accommodations in the rooms were great . And the customer service at the front desk were very polite and accommodating . They let you check in early they said. They really enjoyed this hotel. The woman at the front desk Ashley was really kind to them they said .

I've have never been to a hotel chain that would not take my debit/credit card from a online bank. This hotel had a whole list of companies. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel, "specifically the palmdale location". Not a problem at other marriot-elements. We also had fire alarms going off at 4am.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great. A lot of amenities and benefits at a reasonable price.

Schlechteres Zimmer als gebucht, ohne Kompensation – Zustand mangelhaft Wir hatten über die Marriott-App gezielt ein Zimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten gebucht und sind dafür 1,5 Stunden von LA hierhergefahren. Bei der Ankunft am späten Abend teilte uns das Front Desk mit, dass kein solches Zimmer mehr frei sei – trotz bestätigter Buchung. Wir haben also ein schlechteres Zimmer bekommen als gebucht und bezahlt, ohne jede Kompensation oder auch nur ein Entgegenkommen.
