I've just come from my 5th session in as many weeks and I had to come on here and rave about Elements Outdoor Sauna. I'm not new to cold plunging or contrast therapy. I started in February 2022 in Lake Ontario when it was -12 degrees outside with a windchill of -22 (and loved it). What a beautiful space!!! I wasn't able to fully submerge myself but I am keen on trying again. I received excellent coaching on my breath work. What a release of emotions that come from this intense experience. The sauna was incredible. I left feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend!
This place has been my second home for well over a year now. The owner, Denise, is one of the most charismatic and inspiring people I've ever met in my life. She keeps the space exceptionally clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. She also provides coaching for those who need assistance getting into the Morozko tub. There's a Finnish, wood barrel sauna on site as well. I can't tell you what this place has done for me, mentally and physically. Five stars.
Wonderful experience! First time experiencing an ice bath (or any kind of cold immersion for that matter). Denise walked us through the steps and then we had the rooftop to ourselves. Denise has a wealth of knowledge and sent us home with “homework” which we are looking forward to exploring. Looking forward to future visits! Thank you so much Denise 🙏🏻
Had such a great time at Element Outdoor Sauna! Denise is super welcoming and really knows her stuff when it comes to cold plunging, thermal contrast, and how it all ties into the vagus nerve and recovery. She explains everything in a way that makes it easy to understand and actually makes you excited about the science behind it. If you can, definitely book a 1-on-1 with her. It’s such a good mix of relaxing, educational, and motivating. Highly recommend!
