Had such a great time at Element Outdoor Sauna! Denise is super welcoming and really knows her stuff when it comes to cold plunging, thermal contrast, and how it all ties into the vagus nerve and recovery. She explains everything in a way that makes it easy to understand and actually makes you excited about the science behind it. If you can, definitely book a 1-on-1 with her. It’s such a good mix of relaxing, educational, and motivating. Highly recommend!
Best sauna experience I’ve had so far. The sauna was at 105 Celsius and the water in the cold plunge was cold enough to make ice (there were literal ice blocks). Denise was great and shared a lot of knowledge on sauna protocols and even gave me some recommendations for further reading. Would recommend and would go again next time I’m in the area.
I brought my partner here today for the first time. A really incredible experience with a beautiful rooftop atmosphere. Denise was very knowledgeable and welcoming which made our time even better. Highly recommend to a beginner or a regular cold plunger. See you again in the winter Denise!
Denise was an amazing guide and very knowledgeable thermalist. Change room even had complimentary hair ties for the sauna. Beautiful setting and a great vibe for those needing a mental and physical refresh!
A real Canadiana experience. Denises biz is exactly what i need. I went in the evening and had a great sleep..im.gonna do this way more often. Just finished a package, 3 or times a week. Its the best spot in Toronto. And being one cold plunge, if u see for yourself, youll want to come daily. Wish it was 24hrs.
