Here’s what they did to my backyard. I know why this happened, I did have children’s toys outside in the backyard because I didn’t know they were coming and wasn’t expecting them since they hadn’t came in months but I found an employee on the property and kindly asked him if he’d come back and do the rest since I had moved the toys and he said yes. He never came back. My husband also attempted to call the Element office 4 times and no one answered or took the initiative to call back.
Extremely unprofessional. I will not be doing business with them.
