Initially, they took good photos, and at a fair price. It’s now been about a month with no response what so ever on where my photos are and where my money went to... poor customer service, and I’m still waiting for my negatives. FIX IT! I’ve left numerous emails and voice messages, this is ridiculous!

I have had my senior pictures done with Element One, and now, ten years later, I have had my family photos taken, and newborn photo shoots of each of my 3 kids. I refer them every chance I get.

We hired Kim to do family photos a couple of different times. She works really great with the kids and always seems to get them looking at the camera for the good photos which seems impossible with my kids. Kim is very professional and patient. She got us our photos quickly and we love them. We will definitely use her again!

I've always hated the experience of getting headshots and was never fully pleased with the results. This was a totally different experience. Kim was fantastic to work with, took into account my preferences, and produced the best headshots I've ever had. I strongly recommend Element One.

Kim and her staff at Element One Photography have always been amazing! They value their clients and love what they do! It shows not only through their beautiful photos, but through how they treat each and every individual who walks through their doors! I've had my photos taken with Kim multiple times and her work never fails to amaze me! She is truly talented and an absolute pleasure to work with!
