I had the best pedicure at Element. I travel a lot and they got me in within my time frame. Michelle was my technician and she was very good. The owner was a hoot. He even answered my emails on a Sunday. I cannot recommend this place any better. Their customer service was outstanding.
Lovely people and atmosphere. They forgot to put a top coat on my toes, which for the price was a little frustrating, but they were very kind and attentive so that made up for it. I also didn't realize it until the next day and could have said something if id noticed while I was there. BYOB is nice!
Not exactly what I’m used to (technique wise) but overall very good job. I will definitely ask for longer nails next time but only a smidge. The people there are quite friendly, even the other customers were good people haha. Definitely a good small town salon. Will definitely be going there again, especially for the price it all was!
