I visited this facility today for a knee MRI as an uninsured patient and paid $400 out-of-pocket. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I hold a strong appreciation for professionalism and patient care—unfortunately, my experience here did not meet those standards. My MRI at the liberty was location was great! The tech was so kind and had really good patient care. However, the billing department of this business is awful. They don't return any voicemails and so far 6 weeks out I'm still waiting on a very large refund (over $1000!) that they refuse to give me the status of/any details. I don't even know if they realize my account has been over paid because I can't get a single person to give me a call back- even the billing manager. Call to set up a appointment for MRI wanted to make sure my insurance company covers it. And how much the cost of MRI for foot. They are out of my work. And couldn't even tell me that. And I was so very irritated with both of the ladies who continually keep calling me Sir, I kept telling them I'm a woman. They must of done it 7 times. I asked what are you doing this for. I have reported them, and called attorney general and my attorney. I'd never recommend that place to anyone go somewhere else.
