I went for my anatomy scan during pregnancy. My tech was super nice she did a great job. The problems arose after that. When we were leaving we got waved on instead of being able to pay our bill which we had been informed we would be paying day of on departure. The next week I called because I didn’t receive any pictures with my report. I did receive the 4 printed out day of. Friendly staff, clean facility, and they got me in fast for my appointment.
I had a CT scan yesterday with contrast after being sick all week. ANNA was AMAZING!!! I had anxiety bad and I hate the contrast because of how it makes Me feel and she made it SO much better. Afterward she gave me a wash cloth and water and monitored me for 30 mins to Make sure I was ok. She is an angel and should be promoted! Super caring, friendly and sweet!!! Thank you again Anna!!!

Had a full panic attack while getting an MRI I was told I would only be put into my waist and they put me all the way up to my nose. I push the call button and the lady told me it’s all in my head. Then they just stared at me as I was crying and didn’t offer me any consoling words. I will never go back.
