Got an MRI 4/4/2026... called them before hand and was told it costs $400... I brought $400 and paid them on the day I got the MRI... Now on 4/25/2026 I get a bill for an additional $600!!! This is unacceptable and I should have been told the MRI costs in total on the day of the imaging...
My husband disclosed significant claustrophobia on his intake paperwork and during a pre-procedure phone call the week before his MRI. During that call we were verbally instructed to bring a driver, which implied sedation support would be available if needed. Upon arrival we were told the facility does not offer sedation, something that had never been communicated despite the prior discussion. All of the staff were professional.
Staff very nice. Billing was an issue, they were even in network for me but I wouldn’t recommend them for this reason.
