Parking is not free.
Very nice location, well maintained, excellent cook to order , but fast breakfast. Coffee all day, nice happy hour.
Nice hotel, however if you have luggage be prepared to walk a while. Website says onsite parking. Not true. Parking is in a garage behind the building. Then you have to walk down some steps and down a long hall before you get to the entrance of the hotel. Not convenient.
Booked through marriott app. Hotel oversold and sent me to an extended stay hotel in the IHG chain. I wanted a comfortable hotel after a 12 hour drive and ended up in a cheap hotel, in a worse location, for more money after taxes than I originally paid for, at a hotel brand I have no status at. I booked my reservation an hour before my arrival and the hotel was fully aware that they had no room, yet no one thought contacting me was appropriate.
Kudos to JJ. And cleaning staff and chef. This hotel is officially three stars, but it honestly feels like a strong three-plus, just shy of four — mainly due to the pool size. That said, our stay was amazing. We stayed for one full week and were really impressed by how clean everything was: spotless rooms, very clean linen, and overall excellent housekeeping.
