Showed up from multiple hours away, and the two rooms I had reserved were "not available". Told the hotel was overbooked and they did not have the rooms that I had confirmations directly from the Marriott site for. Front desk guy knew immediately when I said my name that they didn't have my rooms and we were going to have an issue based on his face. A phone calls hours earlier would have been a good start. Awful experience and awful front desk experience made it even worse
Website and app says onsite parking. Parking lot is next block. Im handicapped and asked to change my reservation to a handicap accessible/friendly location because of the distance. They refused and only would cancel with a fee. Not ADA friendly.
Parking is not free.
