Super clean, very friendly, efficient staff. The manager quickly found a last minute room for me. If I visit Iowa City again I will definitely stay here. Very quiet rooms, every thing was immaculate without smelling of cleaner. The towels and sheets did not smell overwashed with detergent (important for those with skin allergies). There's a small kitchen with appliances, a walk in shower (bathroom clean!), a sofa with a small table, a work/kitchen desk area and the bed/s.
Worst hotel booked on their site price was $157.77. Got to hotel bank statement showed $166.80 . After checking out room cost went up to $173.79. They never stated parking fee of $15. And when I called prior to booking was told no incidental damage deposit got there and was told different had to pay $50 and still waiting for this amount to come back. Will never stay again. I don't like being lied to this place shows bad Business Ethics. They aint transparent about anything and give excuses alot.
