Just want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Martin! My husband and were supposed to stay here after attending a concert in the city but he came down with a bad flu the day before. Martin was extremely kind and understanding and able to refund our stay for us. Normally that’s not the policy so close to the stay, and so Martin’s compassion was greatly appreciated!
Hotel will not tell you if the rate goes up after you check in. We find out during checkout the rates change during your stay.
Walked at 10PM to the hotel next door because you overbooked your rooms. You still had the nerve to charge my card after not letting my employee know you were walking him and I just had to call for a refund.
