We got a home with Element last May, and we loved it. We worked with Desi and Jerry when we were buying the house and they answered all of my many questions and were very compassionate and thoughtful. Since then we have had a couple of minor fixes and a crack in the floor of our master bath shower, they have been amazing throughout all of it.
