Highly recommend Element Heating & Gas Inc. Brian is a true professional & very helpful! He has answered all of our questions. He replies quickly to inquiries & has gone the extra mile to help us. He initially ran a gas line & installed our pool heater & bbq line! He has come back to install a replacement heater (manufacturer issue) & installed a versa flow switch for us on our pool heater.
I was so happy to have been given the number for Element Heating and Gas. Brian was very understanding with a setback I had regarding my pool heater start up and was still able to accommodate the work in good time. He was even kind enough to advise me on another pool related issue. Brian gave me an explanation as to what was needed and found him to be efficient, patient and personable.
