Dave worked on soundproofing our office units, and charged over $1,000 just to spray 6 cans of foam to sound deaden the office. It only took him two hours to do this, and we still needed him to finish up the paneling and the rest of the silicon soundproofing which he never got back to us on (though he said he would do it the next week). He refused to get back to us or respond over a 1 1/2 month period, with over 15 attempts to reach him. Not impressed with his responsiveness or pricing.

We had Dave come out to price a couple of tasks - installing a NEST thermostat, fixing our old shaker style doors so they would close shut (110 year old home), and removing and replacing a vent fan. We did not progress on the last task as it was going to be more involved than we could handle at this time, but Dave was very transparent about his process and what needed to be done. Tasks were done efficiently, cleanly, and with a smile. Would definitely recommend!

We had excellent service! Very professional, reasonably priced, and timely install of new exterior trim in several areas of our home.
