the lady there was kind of shakie , she couldn’t really figure out sizes and I wouldn’t repeat the haircut appointment

I saw Courtney b/c I needed a nice cut style and some toner touch ups for my son's wedding. I am from Calgary. I really didn't know any salons in Waterloo. We found them via search. From the very first call to see if they could get me in that day. The receptionist was fantastic! She was super nice and had a cancellation so she got me in with Courtney. I felt very well looked after at Element Hair today. Courtney executed my ginger highlights with perfection! The entire team was courteous, caring and professional. I am looking forward to my next experience!
They won’t deliver what they have promised , dont trust them with hair treatments if you want to avoid wasting money. I have wasted $350 , they showed no accountability, when i informed them of the results of the hair treatment, as I wanted to give them a chance before posting any review. My hair condition is worse than before.
