I enjoy taking classes with Jennifer Dougan she’s very friendly and encouraging. The gym is very clean, the staff are very nice also make you feel welcoming!
All the staff has always been incredibly helpful to me. I lost my job and needed to cancel my membership. The manager offered to stop my payments and allowed me to keep coming in while I looked for a job. Luckily it didn't take long but seriously, how many places would do something like that? Very friendly place.
(The 1 star is a HIGH rating for this place!!) THIS is the WORST excuse for a "customer friendly" business. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. If you ever have an emergency I would not count on them to help you in ANY WAY at all! The "owner" Jim is a incredible RUDE individual that only wants to hear himself talk and will not listen to what you have to say!
