Last fall my neighbor's tree fell on my house. We looked for several contractors. Element Exteriors was one that provided a reasonable proposal to fix our house. They were awarded approval and completed the work in early spring 2024 due to the end of the working year last fall. They completed their work within a week of starting and we had no issues throughout the project. They made sure we were in the know throughout the project. Being a project manager as my chosen career, I can appreciate good communication.

John Blanco is a very professional contractor, great communicator, and worked really well with our insurance adjuster. His crew were hard workers and did high quality work. We had two roof projects and a siding project, and would hire him back in a heartbeat.

Had a very good experience with Element Exteriors. They were always professional, communicated adequately, worked with our time constraints because the property was being sold. A few glitches were hit during installation, due to no fault of theirs, but they resolved them with the insurance company. Would I use them again? Yes
