Very clean, very friendly and expensive.Great place to stay if you're going to new.Hope or petler's village
We love this hotel. We stayed here a while back during home renovations, but just stayed here again for our first night away from our daughter and celebrating my husbands birthday. Staff here are so friendly, kind and helpful. I let them know it was my husbands birthday and they upgraded our room, and left wine, snacks and cheesecake in our room with a hand written note from the gm. Really thoughtful and kind. I want to recognize the fantastic customer service from Sean and Cassidy at the front desk. The moment we arrived, Sean was welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. We Cassidy on the second day. She was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and they really set the standard for great service. Because of them, my stay was even more enjoyable, and I look forward to returning.
