Andrew’s knowledge and expertise were priceless. I gave up all hope on my house until him. He was able to help with all my concerns, in a way that was to the point, but didn’t scare me. He is very mindful of how stressful remediations can be on a homeowner. He helped me with drainage, structural, land surveying, septic design, and more. He is VERY responsive, and even worked weekends to come up with a solution that would help the drainage issues. His prices are very fair. You can’t go wrong with Element Engineering.
Element Engineering has come through for us in a pinch twice now. The first time they rushed a survey of our rural property when a boundary issue came up midway through the purchase process, thereby enabling us to close as scheduled. I would highly recommend Element Engineering! Andrew did a quick onsite inspection and identified several structural issues in the crawlspace, including unsupported joists and a cracked joist that needed to be reinforced. Andrew also knew exactly what was going on with a tall shear wall that was showing signs of bowing and clearly had a lot of experience addressing these kinds of issues.
