Where do I start with this hotel. This hotel was "OUTSTANDING". From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we felt taken care of. Everyone, was friendly and helpful. This hotel should be used as a teaching of how true customer service should be. I would like to highlight one of the workers named John who is the front desk person. Wow...he was OUTSTANDING. Went to check in and GM was very rude when we had questions so much that I left and went to Hyatt. I will never stay here.
Great place with a really nice cozy room and delightful breakfast. Easy access to all the Denver things!
