I hadn’t gone to the dentist in years, and I picked Element Dental for my most recent visit. The staff was very kind and intelligent, and left me with a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend Element Dental to a friend.
Can't recommend enough! They are a great place with the nicest staff! Very professional and go the extra mile to make sure that not only are you getting great care but that there are no billing surprises. They go over any procedures and their costs before they schedule anything.

I went to Element dental while I was up in Medford from Florida. I had a temporary crown placed in Florida, which fell out while in Massachusetts . The tooth underneath was very tender and sensitive. I knew I had to be seen. Dr Bains replaced the crown. They were very kind and took good care of me well aware that I am a nervous patient. The receptionist and dental technician were all attentive and kind. I would highly recommend Element Dental.
