There is a reason Element Construction has nothing but 5 Star Reviews. There is little I can add to what others have said but our experience was consistent with other reviewers. Mike and his team were kind, professional, experienced, and responsive. We worked with Element for nearly 18 months building our new construction home and I'd be happy to repeat the process starting tomorrow if my partner would let me.
Mike and the team at Element took on a full renovation and major addition to our 1929 home. Transparency and responsiveness throughout the process allowed us to build a strong partnership based on trust and ultimately a great result in our forever home.
Mike Ball and his team were excellent to work with at every step throughout our homebuild process. They were open and transparent communicators who made the journey as smooth as possible. Whenever problems arose they helped us tackle them head-on, including coming back to the house years after we had moved in to handle minor issues. We would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to build a house in Albemarle County.
Best GC in Charlottesville. Honest, good communicator, talented builder. We did a full renovation of a 1914 home, and we will use Element again for any project we have.
