Element Care gives life and joy to elderly people when they needed the most! Love the team allways going far and beyond for them
Element care has help a great deal with my health issues and the day program and is a good way to get away and meet people and have some fun and enjoy conversation with friends.They also have a great exercise program to help with stimulating your body and mind!!!
I despise this place. I'm helping out a 76 year old women with house cleaning, dishes, laundry, cooking etc, while people get paid for the job and don't do it. I cook and then have to do piles of dishes afterward because this women needs a PCA and they won't give her one. There solution is to stick her in a nursing home when all she needs is people to do their job. Instead, I do all of these people's jobs, for free and don't get paid a time.
