ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! YOU CANNOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE!! it your duty to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied and the current manager NANCY!! doesn’t put effort at all there was a customer before me that walked out unhappy also I overheard the whole thing she did NOTHING!!! I used to go to this place like once a week before I started doing powder manis elsewhere (the best!).. Unfortunately I hadn’t know abt it until what happened with my nail there that i stopped using them.One finger nail was cracked mid nail bed, it was painful to cut off and I wanted it to stay long, so the tech told me she can make me a seal (a whole arts n crafts with glue and gauze and whatnot😨)that will keep it connected.
