Even though I thought it was a little pricy, I loved living there. The management was great. Mara was so helpful and positive! The apartments are modern, clean, and so is the common area. Pool was well maintained, so was the grass. I would definitely consider moving back if I needed to end up in Schaumburg again.
Heather was amazing as our guide to finding the right apartment for us. She made us feel very important and was so patient as we looked and even relooked at a couple of units. Thank you Heather!
My family and I were looking forward to visiting the apartments at Element at Veridian. The woman working in the office did not want anything to do with helping us. She immediately stated that she was busy and has a meeting soon. She kept on reminding us of this with an unpleasant attitude. She suggested a self-tour and left us hanging in the process. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here. In fact, after living in a one bedroom here for about a year, my girlfriend and I decided to get a two bedroom in this same building. I love how modern it is and the location is also fantastic.
