Do yourself a favor do not stay at this location, Kate the manager is very rude. We checked in our room after 37 minutes of waiting, we went to the our room The room was dirty, underwear under sink , dirty towels and the bed was a mess , we Had to get another room and then after 15 more minutes we got our new room and we went to bed, I woke up this morning at 7:33 to construction since the hotel was under construction they did not let us know that when we checked in . Totally unacceptable! I understand when a business is remodeling; however, I do not understand nor accept poor maintenance and bad hygiene practices. This hotel is poorly managed. The hallways look terrible, carpet full of stains…rooms look as if housekeeping didn’t care to wipe a counter or dust a vent. It’s ridiculous! Paying all of this money to stay in this mess! I will not be booking with this hotel again.
The best part of my stay at the element hotel was the transportation service. Michelle the best driver ever. Thank you for your awesome service.
Excellent choice of hotel I stay here every time we come in to BWI. The shuttle Driver Michelle was wonderful
