I am a semi-retired carpenter renovating my house and needed 3 windows. Mike has been very helpful in general and in particular with my sometimes offbeat design questions. I have found other suppliers are loathe to answer any questions - but as Mike is the manufacturer he is the complete opposite. I was also very happily surprised as with Covid I could not get friends to help unload the truck, so Mike came out and personally helped! I can recommend to everyone the guys at Element Aluminium as they were so helpful to me!
