Bought a number of items from the store following Allen's advice. He never misguided me and once he waited for my arrival over two hours past closing time. Very good coffee too.
Edward is fantastic. I have a Jadis amplifier that he has helped me with many times even though I did not purchase through his store. Super good communication. Extremely knowledgeable. Plus the store is eye candy to look at, I always enjoy popping in there and looking at things that I wish I could buy :-).
Without question, this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. The team at Element Acoustics is very down to earth, genuine, and they love what they do. My purchase and subsequent install was small by extreme high-end comparison, but they made it their priority to ensure I was 100% happy. If you're looking for anything hi-fidelity, I would say go there to experience amazing products and truly great service. Highly recommended.
Just picked up some new audio gear from this store, and I have to say—the sound is incredible! Paired it with my VIVIDSTORM laser TV cabinet at home, and the combination is perfect. Crisp visuals, immersive sound, and a truly cinematic experience. Highly recommend!
