Without question, this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. The team at Element Acoustics is very down to earth, genuine, and they love what they do. My purchase and subsequent install was small by extreme high-end comparison, but they made it their priority to ensure I was 100% happy. If you're looking for anything hi-fidelity, I would say go there to experience amazing products and truly great service. Highly recommended.
Just picked up some new audio gear from this store, and I have to say—the sound is incredible! Paired it with my VIVIDSTORM laser TV cabinet at home, and the combination is perfect. Crisp visuals, immersive sound, and a truly cinematic experience. Highly recommend!
