Element 26 is a Women's Only Gym. We offer a friendly and judgement free zone. We are here to help reach your fitness goals! We welcome ALL women, whether you are experienced or just beginning your fitness journey. Our workouts are focused on burning fat and building strength. We have free weights, treadmills, bikes, Stairmaster and rack with barbells and plates, so we have something for everyone. We offer 3 levels of memberships and and 24/7 access with our Open Gym Memberships. Your first class workout is always free.

I just started classes with Element 26 Fitness April 30th 2024 and I really enjoy the workouts that are shown to me. It has really helped me to feel good about doing an exercise class again, as they work with each person on a personal level. 1 on 1. It's a great atmosphere for losing the pounds effectively and very affordable plans

It's hard to find a place or even the motivation to maintain healthy due to a busy schedule. Element 26 not only has kept me motivated and healthy but the atmosphere and coaches keep me striving for more. I love how I feel and seeing the work/time the coaches and myself are putting in to help me is making a difference. Thank You Element 26 Coaches and the Other Members !
I bern going for two weeks these ladies are so motivating the music the atmosphere is amazing I found my workout home I finally feel like I’m going to reach my goal ty ladies 🫶🏼
