Great gym, great staff, friendly patrons
The is place is awesome for any city, but especially small beach town Astoria. Tons of equipment and something for everyone. The most handle attachment and bar variety I’ve ever seen at a gym. They offer day/5/10 passes. It is 24hrs if you get a fob. Otherwise opens at 8am. Staff is great and attentive.

My fiance and I just recently moved to the area and I have been looking for a good gym to get back on track with my fitness. I just called and spoke with Trevor who was a great help with informing me of all the gym features and works. They have a sauna that is open 24/7 and just got new benches as well. Overall, the customer service was great and It seems like a great place to go and the location is great! Going rate is $45 a month and they offer discounts to military and x-military as well as healthcare works. Great job
