I’ve lived at Element 25 since 11/23 and have experienced nothing but issues. There have been multiple changes in management and each one seems to be better… for a couple months. Recently reaching out to management has been useless. They fail to return calls and emails and try to brush your issues off on other staff members. Wow. I love in the darling studio and it’s not only enough it’s luscious. Modern. Tall ceilings. Lots of light. Comfortable wide slopes bathtub/shower. Ice maker. An app and tech for easy keyless entry, Nest thermostat, huge closet! Quiet, mostly. Especially once ensconced inside your home. Patios large size. Sad to have had such an unfortunate experience at Element 25, and feel obligated to leave my honest review so people can think twice before moving here. Starting with the move in process, which was disastrous, we moved in 9/2023 to a unit that was not clean with bugs, human hair everywhere and painted onto the trim, food stuck on counters, and more. My experience is not so good about these apartments, not because of me in the front row, but because of a relative who was and the apartment that is in the sample is larger and super comfortable in terms of size, then the one they already give to the clients is smaller than the one they show, and that seems very bad to me because they must be clear and transparent about it.
