Modern amenities, good staff, prompt service - Feels like a luxury living experience. There are many amenities and a great community. I love living in Element 25.
A quiet place to live. They are generally quick to try to resolve problems.
I’ve lived at Element 25 since 11/23 and have experienced nothing but issues. There have been multiple changes in management and each one seems to be better… for a couple months. Recently reaching out to management has been useless. They fail to return calls and emails and try to brush your issues off on other staff members. I’ve had many maintenance issues that have failed to be addressed or will be fixed and broken again a week or two later. Wow. I love in the darling studio and it’s not only enough it’s luscious. Modern. Tall ceilings. Lots of light. Comfortable wide slopes bathtub/shower. Ice maker. An app and tech for easy keyless entry, Nest thermostat, huge closet! Quiet, mostly. Especially once ensconced inside your home. Patios large size.
