Element 22 provides an encouraging, energized workout atmosphere. Excellent teachers lead a variety of classes including Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Circuit Training. Love this fitness studio!
Element 22 offers any kind of class you could want, plus Peloton bikes! Staff is extremely kind and helpful. This place really begins to feel like family. Best place in Midland!
