Leidy and Emma deserve recognition, both have been exceptional, responsive. They alone would earn a 5/5. The unit itself delivers what you'd expect for the area. The gym is large, there's even a yoga room, ceilings are high, finishings are nice, in-unit amenities are ok (though, why does the fridge make weird clicks every 15 minutes for ~5 minutes straight? I’ve been living at Element for about a year and it has been a fantastic experience. The building is consistently well-maintained, clean, and safe, which is why I’ve decided to move into another unit within the same community. It’s been a great experience with Westboro. I put in a late request that I honestly didn’t think would happen, but Leidy Lucia incredibly made it happen. The process was smooth and the team was helpful throughout. Great experience overall!
