I have initially really enjoyed my stay at Element but it has gone extremely downhill in recent months and I would encourage renters to be very cautious if signing up at Element. It is a wonderful building but the level of unprofessionalism with respect to contracts and billing is inexcusable. When you initially sign up, you pay a deposit into the ether before they even accept your application or send your contract. Nima is an exceptional leasing agent she went over and above the find me a home that is suitable for my needs. She is very prompt to respond to emails and phone calls. Very clean and reliable environment.
Customer service was excellent during my move-in day. Nima was sweet and friendly. The process to rent the unit was also super smooth thanks to Kasandra.
Kassandra has been amazing! She's incredibly responsive, professional, and always makes sure any issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently. It's clear she truly cares about the people at Element, and that makes all the difference. I've had such a positive experience!
