Great boutique store! Really nice, laid back and non pushy staff with your best interest and heart. I was looking for something very particular and they made a nice referral. I’ll be back when I need furniture
We did a long-distance purchase (we live in Iowa) all by phone and email, and it couldn’t have gone any better! Seth was our rep, but others helped out if he wasn’t available. The entire team was very knowledgeable and had great insights to help us with our selection. They were very accommodating and even extended a sale price for us because the company was slow in providing upholstery samples. We love our new bar stools and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Seth and Element for future purchases!
