We hired this contractor to remodel our basement. After 6 months of delays, inconsistent work and cost over run this company stopped showing up for the project. Now we are scrambling to find another contractor to finish the project. They find day labor to do shoddy work. I do not recommend this company. As pointed out by other reviewers this contractor is unreliable and a cheat.

BEWARE AND DO NOT HAND HIM ANY MONEY!! Marcel (the owner) took 50% deposit for our project for which he was not qualified. He did not submit required permits for the job. Half the time he did not show up to the job site and when he did the work was terrible. When completing our sons bathroom they did not insulate the outside walls, did not properly lay tile (which came up 3 days later), did not even out the walls in bathroom and did not properly cap of old sewage lines.
