Had them come out to change the belt on our plotter. After they changed it a code popped up 11:11 and he stated it was the motherboard and they are worthless after that. He tried to sell me a new plotter which I didn't do at that time. I researched the code, it is a trailing arm which is common to mess up if the tech doesn't know what he is doing. I had them come out to repair my Xerox large format printer. I had received several other estimates before choosing them. They were right in the middle for pricing but their service was fantastic. Highly recommended and I will use them again for sure.

I use Bruce at EDC for all of my large format scanners and printers. They have the best prices on new plotters and provide the best maintenance and service. If you need new cad equipment, check with Bruce first, he always gets me great deals.
