I’ve been going to Elektren for about a month now, taking the Strength & Flow: Steel Mace class, and it has quickly become my all-time favorite yoga class. Such a beautiful space with great class offerings! Big garage door/window let the sun in when it's shining and they have a beautiful green patio. The strength and flow is so empowering and they have something for everyone!
Visiting family in town and decided to take the Strength & Flow class, I’m so glad I did! What an amazing space with great instructors. Highly recommend this studio :)
The training at Elektren is TOP NOTCH! I've worked with Jolie and i've seen her in action with her other clients and I can tell you that she and her team are in a league of their own. When you walk into the studio you automatically feel energized and stronger. What I particularly enjoy about their approach is that they use unconventional exercise to help you create more freedom of movement in your everyday life.
