I made the appointment and I when I got there, the young woman with long black hair didn't accepty insurance card. I asked her she should've told me and she got upset. She said she had told me, but like I told her I couldn't gone for nothing. When I went back to have my parking ticket stamped , she tried to pushed the window not to help me and she and I scolded her for being so rude and all the women become one. They laughed.

I love Dr. Eleje he's an excellent doctor but his office staff besides Roger are incredibly rude. Especially the front desk girl Brianna. The only reason I go with Dr. Eleje is because he has saved my life more than once. Unfortunately those girls have no people skills and when ask them to please do something that you need they honestly don't give a hoot!!

Dr. Eleje is a great doctor but this review is solely for his staff. His medical staff is subpar, they kept putting me on hold, having me on hold for 14 minutes then hanging up the phone. This is not good customer service and as a nurse I expected better, because I wouldn’t treat my patients like this. They didn’t even state their names on the phone, but I will be seeing them next week for my appointment and writing their names down.

There is very poor service at the front desk. Was there Tuesday the 27th of May, and was waiting about 1 hour an a half in the lobby because they forgot about me. When I went to the window to see what was going on, I was ignored. I guess they hide behind the tinted window thinking you can't see them. It was after I left the building that they called me to ask if I had seen the doctor. Very bad service and it's sad that the doctor is probobly not even aware of it....
