Such a wonderful experience at Eleganza. Rachel was so kind and helpful, and she made finding my dream dress stress-free and exciting. The fitting process was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend to any bride to be!

My cousin bought her wedding dress from here in January 2025. The experience picking out the dress was lovely — they pulled and clipped the dress onto her to show how it would fit and said that the cup size could be altered. Bear in mind it is a strapless dress, so this was important. We later found out after purchasing that the cup size couldn’t be altered and that the dress had been designed to custom measurements. I had the most perfect experience with Madelyn. She made me feel so at ease, This was my first time trying on a wedding dress so I was quite nervous but she was so lovely and I got my dress ! Thank you so much Maddie. I also requested for a few more guests as we were travelling a long way and the staff were more than accommodating. Your store is so calm and beautiful. 10/10

The most magical experience at Eleganza. The loveliest service and ladies who helped me find and say yes to my dream wedding dress. Madelyn took the time to get to know me, make me feel comfortable and understand exactly what I was looking for in a dress within my budget. Had the most amazing experience at eleganza sposa, Rachel was fab she listened to what I wanted and helped me to create something I loved. I tried on a fair few dresses and eventually found the perfect dress! She took time to go through all options and picked lots of dresses to let me try on. This was the first bridal dress shop I had been to and managed to find my dress. Can’t thank Rachel enough for the time she spent helping me find my dream dress. Would 100% recommend. All the girls were lovely and very helpful.
