Elegant and great customer service. My events have been top notch. My family has used this venue several times over the last three years. My vendors have had no problems with delivery and setup. Parking has been great.
The place is nice but very unprofessional staff. No customer service skills at all. No people skills. Staff need to find another profession of there life is messed up and take it out on customers
